延长公路使用寿命是至关重要的,我们可以通过我们的技术对出现的故障进行分析和改进才能把公路的寿命延长,现将振动压路机齿轮副的故障原因和技术改进作一分析和介绍。

YZ10型振动压路机的行走是通过驱动桥来实现的。该类机型采用单桥驱动,驱动桥尤其是圆弧双曲线锥齿轮副是整机的一个关键部件,在工作过程中承受较大的载荷,工况较为恶劣。在实际使用过程中,发现锥齿轮早期磨损严重等故障时有发生,严重影响整机质量。因此,对驱动桥锥齿轮的设计和工艺等方面加以分析,找出齿轮副的薄弱环节,为今后的设计提供理论根据是十分必要的。
